After a day of traveling, we were so happy to end up in our hotel’s restaurant & lounge. The drinks were generous and the food was fantastic! The Mexican coleslaw and mole sauce were particularly outstanding. The service was friendly too, especially Gabriel.

This Thai-fusion food will likely delight your taste buds. I recommend visiting with friends and ordering family style so you can try more dishes. The cocktails are perfectly crafted and presented. The comfy, cozy dining room has many intimate spaces for you and guests to chill and relax.

My husband and I dropped in to the Green Room for a cocktail. Liz suggested her special (tequila, lime, hibiscus syrup, and soda), which was just perfect for me. My husband had the French 75 - also perfect! We love the quiet ambiance.

Really good tasting food, except our waiter didn't bring 2 of our groups complete orders, so half the meal was cold when the meat arrived, then we had to ask for the flour tortillas ..good meal..

While staying at the Manresa Castle hotel, we were delighted to find hip eateries and craft cocktails on property owned and operated by a local entrepreneur Cameron. He has infused a creative, fun vibe into this historical building with an extensive craft cocktail list along with food offerings one would expect to find in pricy/high-end restaurants. His wait staff works as a cohesive team in the three venues within the hotel. We only ate in The Rook and The Green Room during our stay. Each eclectic room offered a different atmosphere. The Rook was intimate and best suited for conversation, while The Green Room is livelier (and louder) and larger. I recommend ordering small plates (tapas) to taste everything The Castle offers.

We had a fun dinner at The Enchanted Castle. Love the guy running the place, enjoyed the fajitas, the nachos and the Panama chicken dish served with sweet plantains. Ask for spicy sauce on the side, otherwise food is mild and there’s something for everyone.

A great experience! Very welcoming bar staff and servers to start with as you enter this very interesting collection of rooms that make up the restaurant at the castle. We chose to dine in the green room, a cozy and eclectic mix of antiques. The Thai food was excellent , delicious depth of flavor in all of our dishes, and the bar tender created some really fabulous drinks! It was a great night!!! Will be back!!

We are staying here for a couple nights for my birthday and this is our first time eating and drinking here. One of our favorite things is to find places where people are people; and feel safe getting their job done while being people (there is something so organic about it all). Our server and all staff have been lovely and pleasant, the atmosphere in our little corner is very comfortable. Having a couple of hours to hang out at the bar; food is fabulous and drinks are perfect. Great place to hang out and chill!!
